Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of lunrlaunch.com (the "Site") operated by Lunr Launch. By accessing the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or to contact us on behalf of a business. By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement.

Services

Lunr Launch is a marketing studio. The Site is informational - engaging us for a project is governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including text, design, graphics, and logos - is owned by Lunr Launch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Submissions

Information you submit through our contact form is handled per our Privacy Policy. Don't submit confidential or sensitive information through the form - email us first if a project requires that.

Any non-confidential ideas, feedback, or suggestions you send us may be used by Lunr Launch for any purpose without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site - including attempting to disrupt it, bypass security, scrape it at scale, or submit unlawful content.

Electronic communications

By contacting us through the Site you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that any notices, agreements, or other communications we send electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunr Launch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lunr Launch, its team, and its contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason - including breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site.
