Privacy Policy
Lunr Launch ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lunrlaunch.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Lunr Launch is a marketing studio. You can reach us anytime at hello@lunrlaunch.com.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name
- Project type, budget range, and timeline (where provided)
- The message and any details you choose to share
When you visit the Site, our servers and infrastructure automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. This is standard server-log data used to operate and secure the Site.
We do not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement
- To scope, plan, and deliver work you've asked us to do
- To keep a record of our correspondence for our internal files
- To send occasional marketing or follow-up emails to people who have opted in or who have an existing relationship with us, with an unsubscribe link in every message
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except service providers who help us run our business (for example, email and database providers) under standard confidentiality terms.
Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK visitors)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, performance of a contract you've asked us to enter into, and compliance with legal obligations.
Data retention
We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless an active engagement requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Site. These fall into the following categories:
- Hosting and database infrastructure
- Email delivery
- Error and uptime monitoring
- Form processing and storage
Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its role and is bound by its own data-processing terms.
International data transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in countries outside the one you live in, including jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect that data in transit and at rest.
Storage and security
Inquiries are stored in our secure backend database. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information
- Receive a portable copy of your information
- Restrict or object to certain uses of your information
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information in that sense. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Marketing communications
We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in or who have an existing relationship with us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages - such as replies to your inquiry - are not marketing and aren't covered by an unsubscribe.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, local storage, or other client-side tracking. We don't run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting of any kind.
Data breach notification
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant supervisory authorities without undue delay, as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
